389ph covers every major betting category popular with Filipino players — live casino tables with real dealers, sports betting across PBA and international events, eBingo, online poker, and more. Everything runs in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion, on your phone or desktop.
389ph brings together the full range of online betting formats under one account, one PHP balance, and one verified identity.
Live casino on 389ph streams real dealers directly to your screen. You bet in PHP using on-screen controls while watching the game unfold in real time via HD video. The format replicates the feel of a physical casino floor without needing to travel to Manila's casino district or a resort.
Sports betting on 389ph covers the events Filipino fans actually watch and follow. Pre-match and live in-play odds update continuously, and all bets are settled in PHP. The sports calendar runs year-round, covering local leagues and major international competitions.
Bingo has deep cultural roots in Philippine communities — from church fiestas in Cebu to barangay fundraisers in Quezon City. 389ph brings the format online with eBingo, where players buy cards in PHP and participate in draws that run continuously throughout the day and evening.
Online poker on 389ph offers Texas Hold'em and other variants in PHP stakes. Unlike casino house games, poker is played against other players with the platform taking a small rake from each pot. Success in poker comes from reading opponents, managing your stack, and applying consistent strategy over time.
Live casino runs 24 hours. Here are the main game variants available across the live lobby on 389ph, from high-traffic favourites to dedicated Filipino tables.

Online betting in the Philippines has grown consistently over the past several years, driven by widespread smartphone adoption and faster mobile internet across Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao. Filipino players are no longer limited to physical casinos or travelling to entertainment districts — 389ph brings the full range of betting options to wherever a player happens to be, through a browser or dedicated mobile app.
The betting landscape on 389ph is deliberately broad because Filipino players are not a single-interest audience. Basketball fans want to bet on PBA. Card players want live baccarat or blackjack. Communities with a bingo culture want eBingo. Strategy players want poker. 389ph covers all of these under one account and one PHP balance, so players do not need separate accounts on separate platforms to access different betting formats.
Filipinos have a strong culture around social gambling — mahjong nights in Quezon City, card games during reunions, bingo in community halls in Davao. Live casino on 389ph taps directly into that culture because it preserves the social, interactive element that pure slot-style RNG games lack. Watching a real dealer at a baccarat table and betting on each hand with other players connected simultaneously feels genuinely different from pressing a spin button alone.
Baccarat is the standout favourite. The rules are simple — bet Player, Banker, or Tie — and the game moves quickly enough to keep sessions engaging without demanding the sustained mental effort of poker or blackjack strategy. The Banker bet carries one of the lowest house edges in casino gaming, which is why experienced baccarat players consistently favour it despite the small commission applied to winning Banker bets.
eBingo on 389ph resonates strongly with a specific Filipino player demographic — those who grew up playing bingo at community and church events, and who understand the format instinctively. The online version preserves what makes bingo enjoyable: the shared suspense of watching numbers be drawn, the gradual filling of a card, the moment a line or full house completes. Auto-daub ensures that even if you are watching on a smaller mobile screen, you never miss a called number.
eBingo buy-in amounts are typically low in PHP, making it one of the more accessible betting formats on 389ph for players in smaller cities and provincial areas who want to participate with modest stakes. The lower stakes do not make the format less interesting — progressive jackpot draws on certain 389ph eBingo games accumulate until they are won, which can produce significantly larger payouts than standard per-draw prizes.
Poker differs fundamentally from every other betting format on 389ph because it is played against other players rather than against the house. The 389ph platform takes a rake (a small percentage of each pot), but otherwise the money in play moves between players based on hand outcomes and player decisions. This means long-term results in poker are more directly influenced by the skill differential between you and the other players at your table than by a fixed house edge.
For Filipino players curious about poker, the most accessible starting point is low-stakes Texas Hold'em cash tables. The buy-in keeps the financial risk manageable while you build familiarity with hand rankings, position play, pot odds, and reading other players' tendencies. Patience is the skill that separates consistent poker players from those who run down their bankroll quickly — waiting for strong starting positions and folding marginal hands costs nothing and prevents unnecessary losses.
All betting formats on 389ph — live casino, sports, eBingo, and poker — draw from and pay back into the same PHP account balance. You make a single deposit via Philippine banking, bank transfer, or supported local e-wallet options, and that balance is usable across every betting category in your account.
Withdrawals work the same way: your PHP winnings from any betting category go into your unified account balance, which can be withdrawn via your registered Philippine payment method after KYC verification is complete. There is no need to manage separate wallets or balances for different game types — one balance, one withdrawal process.
The 389ph mobile app supports the full betting portfolio — live casino streaming, in-play sports betting odds, eBingo card management, and poker tables — with a native experience optimised for both Android and iOS. The live casino feed is particularly well-suited to mobile: the video stream scales to your screen size, and the betting controls are positioned for one-thumb operation in landscape mode.
For sports bettors, the app delivers push notifications for match starts and significant odds movements — useful for Filipino players who want to track specific events without keeping the app open continuously. The app is available for download from the Download page.
