Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 389ph platform — whether through the website at 389ph.net, the mobile app on Android or iOS, or any other authorised channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all activities on 389ph, including account registration, deposits, wagering on all game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, online poker), bonus participation, withdrawals, and any other platform interactions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 389ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling restriction currently in effect.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended 389ph account.

389ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending funds.

One Account Per Player

Each person may hold only one 389ph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will be reversed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your 389ph account credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes — are your personal responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. 389ph uses SSL encryption and OTP authentication to protect your account, but security depends on you maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 389ph support immediately at [email protected]. 389ph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure, or from your willful or negligent disclosure of login information to third parties.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on 389ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Specific payment options available to your account are shown in the Deposit section after login.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your PHP account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 389ph is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

You confirm that all funds deposited to 389ph come from legitimate sources and are your own. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other unlawful activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your verified Philippine bank account or registered local payment method. KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in your account at the time of request.

389ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents are under review.
• Active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements are attached to your balance.
• Your account is under a security review or investigation.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

389ph offers various promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms displayed in your account's Promotions section at the time of claim.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 389ph promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders meeting the specific eligibility criteria of each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable PHP balance.
• Eligible games for wagering requirement fulfilment are listed in each offer's terms.
• One active bonus applies at a time unless the specific offer explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting, and abuse of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• 389ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

389ph does not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, percentages, or availability periods beyond what is expressly displayed in active offer details within your account.

7. Gameplay, Bets, and Results

All game outcomes on 389ph are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG-based games) or by live dealer results streamed in real time (for live casino games). Sports betting outcomes are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by 389ph.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Settlement of bets follows the rules specific to each game or market, which are available within the respective game interface or betting section. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 389ph reserves the right to void and refund the relevant transaction.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use software aids to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in match-fixing or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Responsible Gaming

389ph takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in every account and can be activated at any time.

You acknowledge that:

• Online gaming carries inherent financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed.
• You are playing for entertainment purposes within a budget you can afford to lose.
• You will not use the platform to recover losses from previous sessions.
• You are 21 or above and are gaming of your own free will.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

389ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated.

• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to 389ph's satisfaction.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and processed.

Upon closure, verified legitimate balances (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

389ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and service continuity, 389ph does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform. 389ph is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Outcomes of games or bets placed on the platform.

11. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 389ph Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy, including for KYC verification, transaction processing, account security, and communication related to your account and platform activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

389ph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change significantly affects your rights, 389ph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details on file.
